igubal CL pillow block bearings

... bio-mechanic design and high tensile strength ...

igubal® pillow block bearings with clip-on design

The new pillow block bearings achieve higher tensile strength than previous versions thanks to a bio-mechanic design based on tree roots. "Clipping instead of overmoulding" the spherical balls also optimises costs and production time.

Tech up

Tech up

  • 30% greater tensile strength thanks to optimised housing (bio-mechanic design)
  • Can be combined with all spherical ball materials for a wide range of requirements
  • Faster delivery times
  • More even movement of the spherical ball in the housing
Cost down

Cost down

  • The cost is about 10% less than that of the overmoulded version with the same spherical ball material
  • Further savings potential with low-cost spherical ball materials
  • One-to-one interchangeability with the overmoulded version because the dimensions are the same
  • Depending on the application, the alternative spherical ball material can extend service life
Proof

Proof

  • Tested in the laboratory
